The Challenge

Rice Krispies inspires the holiday spirit of giving by encouraging moms to share their Treat creations. This year, we made it easy to spread holiday cheer to kids everywhere. Our goal with this campaign was to create social content that gave moms holiday treatmaking ideas, while highlighting the ease of giving back with a goodwill program called Treats 4 Toys.

The Idea

Watch Snap, Crackle, and Pop get into the holiday spirit by making toy-shaped Rice Krispies Treats and sending pics to their North Pole relatives, who make them into real toys at Santa’s workshop.

While the videos tell a fun story, they also demonstrate how easy it is to give back with our Treats 4 Toys campaign. Just MAKE a holiday treat. SHARE it using #Treats4Toys. And we’ll GIVE a toy to a child in need.



The everyday snacking project was a hyper targeted campaign going after snackers who need some inspiration to create thier own krispies masterpiEce. We worked with weather.com to target our audience in major key markets when the weather called for baking and to stay inside, and hit them with product Focused creation specific to their city. "
